Mad Tea Party 2016
This year I am sharing a few songs that remind me of a different wonderland.
They are all perfectly Maaaaadd.
They are all perfectly Maaaaadd.
All you need are ice cream cones, choose your own style, and cut off the stem.
Some gummy rings for handles and something to fill the hole at the bottom of your cup.
These shown above use icing and a cookie base.
Another example from At The Picket Fence.
You can also make teacups from giant marshmallows
or marshmallows and maccaroons.

Since this has become primarily a book blog this past year
(watch for major changes coming) I have to add a library song.
Have a Crazy Weekend
Oh, Alice
Thank you so much to Ms Vanessa for gathering us all together.
to find links to ALL the other tea parties and celebrations, please visit A Fanciful Twist.
Such fun! I do so love the edible tea cups and will be back later to listen to all of the music! In the meanwhile, may I recommend to you an album called Ottocento by the French band Ödland? A lot of the songs were based on Alice in Wonderland and they are one of my favorites!!
ReplyDeleteIn the meanwhile, My Little Victorienne and Purple Kitty are waiting for a visit from you at my blog! We hope you enjoy your time there!
Wishing you a wonderful Mad Tea Party Weekend!
Betty
Oh- I have heard of Odland! Thank you for the suggestion, Betty.

Marshmallows and maccaroons and music! What else can a deliciously mad child ask for? Yum!
