While this is the second half of this series, it contains all the heart and soul and friendships (and   romance) of the whole.  You can jump in at any point and  appreciate the relationships and all the emotions. This is womens' fiction, not chick lit, and as such can be appreciated by all genders and a wide range of ages.

It involves much sentiment but also history. The characters are endearing. It may make you hungry (I see a recipe book in this author's future!)  It also made me want to get out into my own garden.
While sad to have our time together end, I am looking to read more from Laura Briggs.




Laura Briggs is the author of several lighthearted romance novels and novellas, including the bestselling Amazon UK series A Wedding in Cornwall. She has a fondness for vintage-style dresses (especially ones with polka dots), and reads everything from Jane Austen to modern day mysteries.
