What You Need to Know About Supplements

When it comes to taking supplements, I want people to know what they do and do not need.
So many people place their focus on doing the wrong thing instead of using their energy to do the right thing because of the
TRILLION dollar marketing campaigns these supplement companies use to entice people with false promises which kills hope! I hate that most companies prey on our weaknesses, so I wanted to arm people with knowledge and to be honest about what I used to create the dramatic makeovers they saw revealed on the Dr. OZ show and that NOT everyone needs to use supplements!
My motto is "if it’s not broken don't fix it" and when in doubt don’t! If I wouldn't suggest it for my mother or kids, you won’t see me use it or sell it! Supplements need to be safe and you should see results in two weeks or less and if you don’t,
STOP. You most likely won’t!
You know if you are someone who needs supplements by the way you feel every day and the rate at which you lose weight. If you’re already eating thermogenically and working out and you’re not seeing a change, I suggest that people use my diet diagnoser to see what’s wrong with their plan,
